A great alternative for sugar, dates not only makes this chocolate cake sweet but also gives it a silky buttery texture. Hello dear friends, I am back with a simple no flour, no sugar malpua recipe. Malpua is a famous traditional Indian dessert/snack made especially made during festivals like Holi and Diwali. I have modified the traditional malpuas to this no flour, no sugar healthier version. Although the ingredients are twisted I have kept the cooking process similar to the original version. These taste similar or I would say even tastier than the traditional ones. These are crispy from outside and sweet and juicy from inside. I have not used any flavouring spices like cardamom powder or fennel seeds. You can add a bit of these to enhance the flavour of the malpuas. This is an ASMR cooking video where I have tried my best to give you a natural cozy and relaxing cooking experience.
